SSEC technology extends into our 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility, building quality into every SSEC processing system at every step. Subsystem testing and all wet plumbing manufacturing occur in a class 100 cleanroom. All systems are fully tested in production mode with a vigorous quality audit and complete electronic documentation is generated, per SEMI® S2-0200 standards.

The integrated technology in SSEC processors provides the capability to operate, track performance, maintain, and service the equipment for the highest productivity and least downtime. A software-intensive design and low parts count enhance reliability.

These processors are designed for easy access to and identification of all modules, subassemblies, plumbing, and cabling. SSEC-manufactured boards–common across modules–ensure the most up-to-date features and rapid availability. Data log files generated with SECS-II/GEM provide for automatic process status reporting and ability to pinpoint problems for fast maintenance and repair.

SSEC maintains fully equipped and staffed process development laboratories so you may test both machine capabilities and processes. These capabilities are dedicated to supporting our customers in optimizing processes and machine operations, for highest processing yields and lowest costs.
