SSEC’s Model NTe One-shot Welder utilizes modern equipment technology to achieve the highest yield sealing of TO and other suitable package sealing applications. The Model NTe is programmable to seal in either AC or DC mode, and for voltage, pulse width, time, and squeeze pressure, allowing optimization of the sealing process. While requiring only a 220 V, 15 A facility, the Model NTe has the ability to seal both small and large packages economically to 3 linear inches of seal area.
The Model NTe can be configured for pilot or mass production requirements, including vacuum and inert gas backfill processing.
The Model NTe is now available to seal up to 6 linear inches of seal area.
