SSEC meets the need for high volume production with the field-proven Model 2400e High Speed Lid Tacker. This tabletop unit is designed for automatic lid placement on packages down to 2 mm x 2 mm.  Lids are fed from vibratory or reel-to-reel feeders.  All tack parameters are fully programmable, with user-selectable data collection, including pulse width, pulse repetition time, power, lid position, and more. Vision processing for both lid and package is standard.
