SSEC's One-Shot Welders implement the technology of choice for TO-style and other packages up to 3 linear inches of seal area. Vacuum and automation options meet process and production requirements.

NTe / NTe Vacuum / NTe Automated

• The Model NTe is programmable to seal in either AC or DC mode, along with programmable voltage, pulse width, time and squeeze pressure, allowing recipe optimization of the welding process. The Model NTe can seal up to 3 linear inches requiring only a 5 AMP facility.

• For higher volume one shot welding, the rotary table, with automatic sealed package ejection into a try, provides a higher UPH with the same operator.

• Special Vacuum configuration enables vacuum to 15 um Hg to enable sealing to 10^-8 cc/sec. Inert Gas backfill with controlled volume and low cost tooling with east package size changeover.

SSEC's Model NTe One-shot Welder utilizes modern equipment technology to achieve the highest yield sealing of TO and other suitable package sealing applications. The Model NTe is programmable to seal in either AC or DC mode, and for voltage, pulse width, time, and squeeze pressure, allowing optimization of the sealing process. While requiring only a 220 V, 15 A facility, the Model NTe has the ability to seal both small and large packages economically to 3 linear inches of seal area.

The Model NTe can be configured for pilot or mass production requirements, including vacuum and inert gas backfill processing.
