SSEC 3300 ML

SSEC 3300 ML systems implement automatic processing with manual load of wafers or substrates. The 3300 ML is available with tooling up to 300 mm or glass substrates to 10" square and is available in bulkhead or ballon configuration with class 1 minienvironment.
