The Model 2400e Parallel Seam Sealer with Full Automation employs comprehensive closed-loop control to eliminate operator involvement in package sealing production. The automated capabilities even include lid placement inspection and data collection of placement, loop resistance, and other critical, yield-limiting process parameters. This system includes automation to the cassette level from standard 5" or 6" matrix tools, or from industry-standard Auer boats and magazines up to 12.3" x 5.1". Lid supply automation is available from cassettes, vibratory bowl or stick feeders, or reel-to-reel feeders.

This fully automated member of the Model 2400e series of sealers decreases handling of your valuable, unsealed packages, improves process control through full automation, and achieves labor savings compared to conventional lid sealers.
